Maintained by a staff of attorney-editors, this site helps visitors track ongoing developments by lawmakers and regulatory agencies. The Home page presents timely news stories and analysis. Links to the full text of source documents are provided for regulatory actions. All materials are archived by topic and by agency or organization. An additional archive allows users to peruse by month. Jim Hamilton’s World of Securities Regulation offers commentary on issues of particular importance to securities lawyers and their clients, and encourages a dialogue, with emphasis on SEC rulemaking and industry trends.
