The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Office of Innovation will host three listening sessions on April 16, 20, and 21 to discuss issues and potential solutions relating to the Paycheck Protection Program, which was established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (P.L. 116-136) to help small businesses keep workers on their payrolls and for certain other expenses. These sessions will focus on three aspects of the PPP: payroll verification, fraud identification, and backend processes. Each listening session will last approximately two hours.
